The Open Water PADI training in Calvi marks the true beginning of your underwater adventure. Recognized worldwide, this PADI certification allows you to dive to a maximum depth of 18 meters, accompanied by a professional, and to explore the underwater world safely. Accessible from the age of 10, the Open Water PADI course is designed for participants who have already completed a try dive. The training consists of 6 dives and an online theory section (e-learning), which can be completed at your own pace before or during your stay. During the course, you will learn the fundamental techniques of scuba diving: - breathing techniques and comfort underwater, - buoyancy control and underwater movement, - use of diving equipment, - safety rules and underwater communication, - understanding the marine environment. This training provides a solid foundation to continue toward advanced courses, such as the Advanced Open Water Diver or other PADI specialties. 👉 A medical certificate stating no contraindication to scuba diving is mandatory for this training. ⚠️ Important Information The price does not include the online theory (e-learning) or the PADI certification fees, amounting to €150. These fees must be paid at the time of booking. A payment link will be sent to you by SMS. You will then be able to start the online theory course. 📌 Practical Information Online booking applies to the first dive only.
