Discovery Day

Description

More than a simple baptism, the discovery day introduces you to the activity in 2 dives. On the first dive, you'll learn the basics to feel at ease in the water: breathing and moving around with fins. This dive will take place in very shallow water, ideal for beginners. On the second dive, you'll do a few exercises to become more comfortable and autonomous before setting off on an exploratory trip. You can dive with 2 to 4 people with the instructor. The dive lasts around 40 minutes. To summarize: 1st dive / 2nd dive Dive time: 20 minutes / ± 45 minutes Depth: 6 meters (depending on age) Minimum age: 8 years Duration: 10:15 a.m. to 4 p.m. (or 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. / or 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.) Supervision: 1 to 4 people with instructor Exercises : Yes Medical certificate : No Previous experience : None
