📌 Practical Information PA40 training is booked by phone only. The PA40 training focuses on learning how to plan and conduct your own dives, dive as part of an autonomous buddy team, and manage safety in a natural environment. The PA40 represents a real change in mindset: you will learn how to organize dives, anticipate risks, respond in case of difficulty, and deepen both your theoretical and practical knowledge. A significant part of the training is dedicated to diver rescue, incident management, and accident prevention. To enroll in the PA40 training, you must: - be Level 2 certified, - have experience in autonomous and deep diving, - hold a valid medical certificate issued within the last year. The training includes practical dives, theory sessions, and a final examination. 👉 If your last dive was more than one year ago, a refresher dive is strongly recommended before starting the training. ⚠️ The price does not include certification and theory course fees, amounting to €60, payable upon certification. Affiliation options: FFESSM license: €50 (optional) ANMP certification: no license required 📋 Summary – PA40 Training Number of dives: 8 Dive duration: approximately 45 minutes Depth: 15 to 40 meters Minimum age: 16 years old (full autonomy authorized from age 17) Total training duration: 10 to 11 sessions of 2 hours (dives + theory) Supervision ratio: maximum 3 divers Technical exercises: yes Theory courses: yes Medical certificate: required Required experience: Level 2, approximately 30 logged dives, including autonomous and deep dives (30–40 meters) Total price: €740 + €60 certification fees
